EFE Coaching

EFE Coaching is the training app for Elite Fitness Evolution clients. Your program, your nutrition, your progress, and a direct line to your coach — all in one place.

This app is for people already coached by Elite Fitness Evolution. Your coach sends you an invite, and that's what creates your account.

YOUR TRAINING, READY EACH DAY
Open the app and today's session is waiting. Log every set as you go — weight, reps, time or distance, depending on the movement. The app remembers what you lifted last time, and one tap fills it all back in when you're repeating a session.

Supersets, circuits and rest timers are built in, with a chime when it's time for your next set. Watch a demo video on any exercise you're unsure about.

NUTRITION WITHOUT THE BUSYWORK
Search a food database, snap a photo of your meal to estimate it, or quick-add the macros yourself. Save the foods you eat often and re-log them in one tap. Your coach sets your targets; you'll see how the day is tracking.

PROGRESS YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE
Progress photos side by side. Body measurements over time. Personal records that surface on their own when you hit one. Charts that show whether the work is paying off.

HABITS AND WEEKLY CHECK-INS
Tick off the daily habits your coach sets, and add a note about how it went. Each week, a short check-in covering energy, sleep, stress and adherence — plus any questions your coach has added just for you.

STAY IN TOUCH
Message your coach from inside the app. Book sessions, see what's on your calendar, and join video check-ins with a tap.
