Queremos estar "cerca de ti" y ponértelo fácil. Por eso ponemos a tu disposición de forma gratuita está app donde encontrarás todos los días (de lunes a domingo) 15 actividades deportivas: ABDOMINALES, AEROBIC (2 modalidades), SPINING (Ciclo indoor en castellano y euskera ), COMBAT, ESTIRAMIENTOS, FUNCIONAL HIIT, GAP, ,MEDITACIÓN,PILATES, TAICHI, TBC (Total Body Conditioning), TONIFICACION y YOGA. Por cada modalidad deportiva tendras un montón de sesiones . Elige la que más te guste.Estar en casa, en la residencia, no significa llevar una vida sedentaria, trabaja hábitos de vida saludable y actívate. Es accesible solo por miembros de la comunidad universitaria de la UPV/EHU. Para obtener tus claves personales de acceso debes inscribirte y rellenar el formulario que aparece en la web
