Cette application, réalisée sous l'égide de la Société de Réanimation de Langue Française (SRLF), est principalement destinée aux jeunes praticiens en réanimation - internes, chefs de clinique, assistants, jeunes praticiens hospitaliers - mais aussi à tous les praticiens désireux de disposer à portée de main d'un outil pratique avec des informations récentes et mises à jour régulièrement.

Elle regroupe des fiches mémo sur les principales pathologies et conduites à tenir en Réanimation, réparties en quatre grandes rubriques:
- situations cliniques (asthme aigu grave, paludisme...)
- problèmes techniques (intubation, drainage pleural...)
- fiches terrains particuliers (immunodéprimé, dialysé...)
- utilitaires (RASS, score de Ranson...)

Les rédacteurs des fiches de cette application se sont efforcés de livrer des informations intégrant les données les plus récentes sur les sujets abordés dans cet ouvrage. Les utilisateurs sont invités à vérifier l'actualité de ces informations et à adapter les démarches conseillées au contexte particulier de chaque patient. La position des auteurs sur les sujets dont ils traitent n'engage pas la SRLF.
