You’ll also get ongoing nutrition support, habit and progress tracking, and everything you need to feel stronger and more confident in and out of the gym.
You’ll have direct access to me through the in-app chat, plus you’ll be part of a community that actually gets you. Through our group chats, you can connect with the team, cheer each other on, ask questions, and never feel like you're doing it alone.
We also run monthly activities/events to help you stay inspired and keep the journey fun. You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to keep showing up, and I’ll be with you every step of the way.
