Description by The HIT Locker LLC(from the App Store)
Elliptical plus High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Workouts. MELT FAT. SAVE YOUR KNEES.
Our Mission To provide fast and painless weight loss to busy people over 30.
Our Story Starring on Bravo’s TV show “Workout” and ExerciseTV’s “The Skinny”, ELLIPTIHIT founder Zen Burgos has been a fitness professional for 30 years. Throughout the years, she saw a demand for people who wanted a workout that combined HIIT techniques and cardio without the impact that often causes injuries. After trying out all the hybrid classes, Zen realized that what she was looking for didn’t exist yet. With that, she created ELLIPTIHIT.
What is ELLIPTIHIT? ELLIPTIHIT (formerly The HIT Locker) is an exercise philosophy using ellipticals plus High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for a fast and effective easy-on-the-knees weight loss solution for all fitness levels.
