Elqo

Practice the conversation before you have it.

Elqo is where you rehearse the moments that actually make you nervous, a tough customer, a performance review, a cold intro, an interview answer, out loud, with real feedback.

Here's how it works:

You get a real scenario. You respond out loud, like you actually would. Elqo listens and scores you on what matters: tone, content accuracy, pace, filler words, and whether you hit the points that mattered. No guessing whether you did well. You'll know exactly what worked and exactly what to fix next time.

Practice anything, not just what's assigned.

Describe any conversation you want to rehearse, a tricky customer, a hard team update, an interview question you're dreading, and Elqo builds a scenario and scores it the same way. Practice on your own time, as many times as it takes.

Assigned by your workplace or coach?

If your company or coach uses Elqo, your training is already waiting for you. Log in and you'll see your assigned path, due dates, and where you're at. Everything you practice updates your progress automatically, nothing to report back manually.

Built to keep you coming back.

Track your scores over time, see exactly which skills are holding you back, build a streak, earn badges, and see how you stack up (privately if you want). This isn't a one-and-done quiz. It's practice that compounds.
