Ember is a habit and challenge tracker for people who show up. Create your own challenges (gym, reading, running, sober days, side projects), check in once a day and watch the chain grow. Miss a day and it resets. That's the point.

Ember learns what pulls you off track and when you usually slip. She builds your plan and reminds you before the moment you'd usually give up. Every day she leaves you a personal message on Home, and you can ask her anything.

SIX LIFE AREAS, ONE HONEST PICTURE
Every challenge belongs to one of six areas: Body, Mind, Create, Focus, Connection, Joy. Ember suggests the area as you type the name. Your Stats open with Balance, a six-axis chart of where your effort went in the last 7, 14, 30, 90 or 365 days, compared with the period before. When one area goes quiet, Ember names it and offers a five-minute challenge to bring it back.

Every morning Ember asks one question: how big is your flame today? Pick one of five flames, right from your lock screen on iOS 17.2 and later, and she shapes today's plan around it. On a rough day she keeps the essentials and moves the rest. On a great day she lets you go further. Tell her when you wake up and she times the morning around you.

Steps and workouts come straight from Apple Health, and step challenges check in on their own, even with the app closed. Strava and more connectors are supported. Nothing to log by hand.
