Embra only shows exercises that suit your stage. If your midwife or doctor has asked you to take it easy, gentle mode keeps every session low intensity. The guidance follows public health advice such as the NHS and ACOG. Embra does not replace medical advice: check with your care team before you start, and stop if anything feels wrong.

SUBSCRIPTION
Start with one guided breathing session at no cost. Full access needs a subscription: monthly, or yearly with a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
