The electronic patient record (EPR) is a collection of your personal documents containing treatment-related information in digital form. This includes, for example, a hospital discharge report, a nursing report from home care services (Spitex), a medication list, X-rays, or your vaccination card. Thanks to the EPR, these documents are available and can be accessed by you at any time. The medical information in the EPD belongs to you. You decide which healthcare professionals you want to share this information with.
