Estate Steward is a rental portfolio manager for landlords and people who keep rental records.

Manage portfolios, landlords, properties, tenants, leases and rent payments in one place. Work in 41 interface languages, choose among 153 current currencies, keep each rent and payment record in its original currency, track deposits and notes, and create clear Word and PDF reports.

COUNTRY COVERAGE

Portfolios in Türkiye can use the Türkiye Rules Pack, including Türkiye-specific reminders and tenant notice templates. Portfolios in other countries use the General / International Rules Pack. Country-specific legal, tax and tenant-notice automation outside Türkiye is not currently provided. Estate Steward is a record-management tool, not a real-estate brokerage, legal-advice or tax-advice service.

PLANS

The Free plan works without a purchase and includes one portfolio, one landlord and up to two properties. Its records remain local to the device.

The Individual plan includes one portfolio, one landlord, unlimited properties and iCloud synchronization across the user's Apple devices.

The Professional plan includes unlimited portfolios, landlords and properties, iCloud synchronization, and portfolio sharing with invited iCloud users.

Individual and Professional plans are offered as monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Subscriptions are managed through the user's Apple Account, and purchases can be restored in the app.

PRIVACY

The developer does not operate a server that receives your rental records. Records are stored on the device and, on supported plans, in the user's iCloud/CloudKit account. Shared portfolios are available only to people explicitly invited by the user. The app contains no advertising or tracking SDK.
