Event Ticket Hub Scanner

Event Ticket Hub Scanner is the door app for organisers who sell tickets with KIMISUITE Event Ticket Hub. Pair a phone or tablet once with the code from your workspace, and your staff check in guests at the entrance - fast, offline and with a clear answer for every ticket.

FOR DOOR STAFF
• Scan the QR code of a ticket: green means welcome, amber means already inside, red tells you why not - readable from two metres, with sound and vibration.
• Works without network: the ticket list is on the device, every scan is checked locally and reaches the server as soon as the connection is back.
• Torch for dark entrances, camera switch on tablets, keyboard input for hardware barcode scanners.
• Search a guest by name, e-mail or order number and check in a whole order in one go.
• Entry and exit scans, re-entry rules, several entrances per event, dates and seasons.

FOR THE BOX OFFICE
• Open a shift, sell tickets for cash or card, put guests on the guest list, let them in right away.
• Print tickets and receipts, close the shift with a count and the difference.

HOW IT CONNECTS
The app talks to your Event Ticket Hub workspace on app.kimisuite.com. There is no sign-up in the app: an organiser creates a device under Check-in and pairs it with an eight-character code. A device can be disconnected from the workspace at any time. Enter the pairing code DEMO to see the door without a workspace.

PRIVACY
No advertising, no tracking, no analytics SDK. The app sends scans, box office sales and shift reports to the organiser's workspace and nowhere else. The ticket list is kept on the device for offline checks and is deleted when the device is disconnected.
