everydar turns your iPhone into a customizable imaginary detector for players and game hosts. Name your instrument, choose what it will pretend to find, and control the moment of discovery with a small tilt of your phone.

CREATE YOUR INSTRUMENT
Write a detector name on up to two lines and choose a target. Your name appears on a glowing CRT header above a continuous green radar sweep.

CALIBRATE, THEN MAKE CONTACT
Hold your iPhone face up, flat and still before starting. Tilt forward or back to trigger a close fictional contact directly ahead. Return near level to clear it. Choose a trigger threshold from 7 to 28 degrees.

STAY IN THE SCENE
The radar screen focuses on the instrument: fixed CRT readouts, a phosphor sweep, an amber contact and an original synthesized ping. Sound is optional. Swipe left to return to Setup.

FREE FEATURES, OPTIONAL AD REMOVAL
All detector features are included for free. A banner appears only on Setup. An optional one-time in-app purchase removes that banner, with Restore Purchases available for your Apple Account. The radar screen has no advertisements.

Detector names, targets and motion readings stay on your iPhone. AdMob advertising and Apple purchases use their own network services; see the privacy policy for details.

everydar is a role-playing tool and fictional radar prop. Contacts are controlled by your phone's tilt. It does not detect real objects, people, substances or hazards.
