Organize buyers into lists, attach customers to sales, and share professional price lists by email or PDF. Web users can download price lists; mobile users can share PDF or image formats where available.
TEAM WORKFLOW AND SECURITY
Invite teammates by email so they join your organization on sign-up. Assign admin, manager, or cashier access, with Premium custom role profiles for fine-grained read/write control across dashboard, catalog, register, CRM, expenses, and reports. Organization admins manage users, roles, and billing.
REPORTS AND EXPORTS
Business reports summarize sales, stock value, voids, catalog and CRM activity across flexible date ranges. Organization admins on eligible plans can export audit-friendly CSV and PDF bundles. Expenses track operating spend, petty cash, recurring bills, and COGS linkage on Premium tiers.
WORKS ON PHONE, TABLET, AND WEB
Use EW Inventory in the store on mobile or at a desk in the browser. Sign in with email, Google, or Apple (where configured). Data syncs through the cloud when you are online so managers and staff can work from the devices they already use.
