HOW IT WORKS

Take a photo or upload a PDF. Your document is automatically read, and clinical details are extracted and structured into your personal health record: conditions, medications, allergies, vitals, lab results, procedures, and immunizations. Every piece of extracted data links back to the original document, page, and line, so you can always verify the source.

AI HEALTH ASSISTANT

Ask questions about your health data in plain language, by text or by voice. "What medications am I on?" "When was my last blood test?" "Show me my cholesterol history." The assistant queries your records and responds with what it finds, and where it found it. By voice it can also see the screen you are on, open a record you name, and take you anywhere in the app.

Schedule your medical visits and note the questions you want to ask. And now you can record your appointments: with your provider's consent, exora captures the consultation and gives you back a word-for-word transcript, a plain-language summary with next steps, and key details added straight to your health record, with every point traceable to the exact moment it came from in the transcript.
