FadeList: Daily To-Do List

A new kind of to-do list.

FadeList is built around a simple idea: today's tasks should fade away when the day is done. No piling up. No backlog dread. Just what matters now. Now on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

One task at a time, front and center. Drag up to peek at what's coming. Drag down to revisit what you've finished. Complete a task and it dissolves, replaced by the next thing that matters. When you reach the end, you're greeted with a quiet celebration. Tomorrow, you start fresh.

WHY FADELIST IS DIFFERENT

• Single-task focus: see one task at a time, not an overwhelming wall of items
• Daily renewal: tasks fade with the day, mornings start clean
• Peek interactions: soft drag gestures reveal what's next and what's done
• Quiet by design: gentle sounds, subtle haptics, calming animations
• Six themes: Sage, Stone, Ocean, Clay, Dusk, and Midnight, each with its own palette
• Carry-forward review: at the start of each new day, choose what stays and what goes
• Save for later: set a task aside and bring it back when the time is right
• Gentle reminders: one quiet morning nudge if your list isn't set, never a barrage

DESIGNED WITH CARE

Every detail in FadeList is meant to feel quiet. Soft serif headings. Hand-tuned animations. Three custom sound effects that mark the rhythm of your day: a soft tone when you finish a task, a chime when the day's list is done, and a gentle sound to welcome the new day.

If you want a to-do app that feels less like a chore and more like a daily ritual, FadeList is for you.

PRIVACY

FadeList stores your tasks on your device and in your private iCloud account. No accounts. No external servers. No tracking.
