Ghosting is a classic squash exercise where players move around the court, practicing footwork and positioning without a ball. This app turns ghosting into a structured workout by guiding you with directional arrows, timing, and rest intervals.

- Customize your session with adjustable reaction time, reposition time, movements, sets, and rest periods.
- Six directional arrows simulate realistic squash movement patterns. Decide which directions you want to practice.
- Audio and visual cues help you stay focused on pace and positioning.
- Pause, resume, or stop your drill anytime.
How to use:
Set your desired drill parameters on the setup screen.
Place the iPhone or iPad at the front of the court and press Start to begin your session.
Follow the arrows: move from the center “T” to the indicated direction, then back.
