FairwayOS: Golf Events

FairwayOS — Golf events, beautifully run

The all-in-one app for golf tournaments, leagues, and outings. Built for two kinds of people: golfers playing in an event, and the organizers running it.

FOR PLAYERS — no account needed

Show up at the course, tap your name on the event roster, and you're in. From there:

• See your tee time, starting hole, and pairing
• Enter scores hole-by-hole on a clean digital scorecard
• Follow the live leaderboard — overall, flight, team, and side-game standings
• Check in when you arrive
• See birdie, eagle, and milestone moments as they happen
• Request water, cart service, or a rules official from event staff
• Get real-time announcements and weather alerts from the organizer
• Browse sponsor offers and event swag
• Share your group with playing partners via QR code
• Scan a physical scorecard and let the app read your scores
• Works offline — score on the back nine with no cell signal and everything syncs when you're back online

FOR ORGANIZERS — manage events on the go

Sign in with your organizer account on iPhone or iPad to:

• Update tee times and pairings on the fly
• Monitor live scores and pace of play
• Check players in at the registration table
• Send announcements to the entire field instantly
• Verify scorecards and finalize results
• Track registration, revenue, and sponsor performance

Most event setup — creating events, configuring formats, managing sponsors and payments — is easier on a laptop at fairwaygolfos.com. The app is for the day-of, on-course work.

BUILT FOR EVERY FORMAT

Weekend scrambles. Charity fundraisers with auctions and fundraising thermometers. Corporate outings with sponsor tiers. Multi-round tournaments. Season-long leagues. Scholastic invitationals. Ryder Cup-style match play. One app, every format.

HOW IT WORKS

Organizers create events at fairwaygolfos.com and invite players via link or code. Players land in the app, claim their spot on the roster, and the app takes over — tee times, pairings, live scoring, leaderboards. All automatic, all real-time.
