HOW IT WORKS
• Set your goals: Choose where you want to get to. Start whenever you want.
• Capture the moments: Write, record a voice note, or take a photo and tie it to a goal.
• Reflect calmly: Run periodic check-ins (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or whenever you want): a recap of what happened, how you're doing, and what's next. There's no right or wrong answer.
• Understand your patterns: Faro generates AI reviews over your own content: it contains a summary, the themes that kept coming up, your next focus, and questions to sit with. And it also cites the entries it used, so you always know where things come from.
• Ask Faro: Have a conversation with your own journal. "How's my half marathon training going?", "How many books did I read this year?". It answers in your own words and shows you exactly where they came from.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
This isn't a footnote, it's the heart of Faro. Your content never trains third-party AI or feeds analytics. AI stays off until you turn it on, and every review shows you which entries and check-ins it will read, so you can leave any of them out. You can also turn on Face ID lock so your reflections stay for your eyes only.
