The free routine repeats one start time on the days you select. Reminders stay on the device. History, the streak and correcting a finished session are included.
The next seven days are visible before any purchase. Custom Week, a one-time purchase with no subscription, gives each day its own protocol and start time. You can mark a rest day, move the start for a single date, or start at the planned hour if you open the app up to four hours late. People who used FastZen before version 1.1.0 keep that access without paying.
On iPhone, the Lock Screen can show the session. iOS limits each Live Activity to eight hours; the session stays saved in the app. No account, no ads and no server sync.
This is a tracking tool, not medical advice or a weight-loss promise.
