FeedLab helps small teams and indie developers collect user feedback — bug reports, feature requests, and general comments — through a lightweight widget embedded right on their product. Every submission comes in with full context: a screenshot, the page URL, browser and OS details, and a timestamp, so nothing gets lost in a screenshot dropped into a group chat.

This companion app is for the team on the other side of that inbox. Sign in with your existing FeedLab account to:

• Browse feedback across every project your organization runs
• Filter by status — New, Reviewing, Resolved, Closed — to see what needs attention
• Open any item for the full picture: description, screenshot, and technical details captured automatically at submission
• Update status as you triage, right from the list or detail view
• Log a new issue yourself, with a title, description, type, and an optional photo from your camera or library — handy for bugs you spot in the wild
• Switch between organizations and projects without missing a beat
