Ferculon Restaurant POS

Ferculon is the point of sale app for restaurant teams. Waiters take orders at the table on a phone, counters run their own tills on tablets, and orders reach the kitchen screen and the right printer when sent. Restaurants can link tables to counters, with separate cash drawers and receipts while staff share the same floor plan and orders.

The floor plan shows every table, who is serving it and how long it has been waiting. Courses can be held and fired when the table is ready, and a bill can be split by seat, by item or evenly.

When the kitchen marks a course ready, the waiter gets a notification. Orders from table QR codes or online ordering show on the till. Riders on shift can take delivery orders, follow the route and photograph the door where they left the food.

If the restaurant's internet or Wi-Fi fails, supported devices keep order changes locally. A nearby restaurant counter can hold encrypted changes over Bluetooth until its connection returns, then send them to the server. The originating device keeps its copy until the server confirms it. Payments and till operations require a live connection.

Managers can add dishes with photos, change prices, see takings, and count each till at close. Staff sign in with their own role and four digit PIN, so they see only what their job needs.

Ferculon works with network and supported Bluetooth printers. The app is free to download. A Ferculon restaurant account is required; write to try@ferculon.com to set one up.
