Overview:

FetalCal enables users to enter fetal measurements and Doppler values to generate calculated indices such as estimated fetal weight, centiles, z-scores, and ratios. It reduces the need for manual calculations and reference lookups.

Functionality:

Users enter fetal ultrasound measurements, including head circumference (HC), abdominal circumference (AC), femur length (FL), and Doppler values (UA, MCA, CPR, UtA, DV).
The application processes these inputs to generate:
• Estimated fetal weight, centiles, and z-scores.
• Doppler indices, including umbilical artery, middle cerebral artery, uterine arteries, and related ratios.
• MCA peak systolic velocity converted to MoM

Results are presented in a structured format.
All calculations are based on user-entered data; the application does not acquire or generate measurements independently.

Biometry
• Input: HC, AC, FL.
• Output: estimated fetal weight (EFW), centiles, z-scores.
• Visual categorization of results.

Doppler
• Input: Doppler measurements PI – UA, MCA, CPR, UtA, DV
• Output: calculated indices and percentiles.

MCA MoM
• Input: MCA peak systolic velocity.
• Output: MoM value with categorized interpretation.
