Fickle Allies

Fickle Allies is an online multiplayer horror game. Everyone starts as a stranger in the dark. Collect the crystals scattered through the map, carry them to the Safe zone, and survive until the match ends.

Trust is the whole game. Form a group and its members cannot kill each other. Leave it and they can hunt you. Steal from a carrier and you take everything they hold. Sneak up behind a player and hold to kill them, but if they turn round first, you are the one locked out.

Seven maps: the Weird Mansion, Not a Subway, the Abandoned Facility, Creepy Hospital, Hollow Hill Suburb, Abandoned Stadium and Ravenmere Mall, each with its own floors, stairs and hiding places. Your helmet lamp lights the way and gives you away.

Private Mode lets you play with friends and attach scares to crystals. Whoever collects a trapped crystal gets scared when you choose.

Modes: Practice against bots, Private rooms with friends and jump scares, Competitive Multiplayer, Group vs Group and Hide Your Fear.

Learn in five short guided Tutorial steps: collect, deposit, Steal, Kill and scare. On phones, simple touch-area guides help you practise moving and looking before following the arrow to a crystal.

Practice bots move more smoothly. Normal graphics are more realistic, with Lite for older phones.

Controls follow your device: touch prompts on phones and controller buttons when a controller is connected. Sticks appear when touched. Tutorial boxes are easier to read and positioned away from camera cutouts.
