Fielded is an estimate app for contractors and trades. Walk the job, take photos, talk through the work, and send a priced estimate before you leave, while the client is still keen. Home inspection reports live in the same app.

I built Fielded for contractors who are great on site and tired of writing estimates at the kitchen table at 10pm. Talk through the job, no typing, and get your evenings back.

HOW AN ESTIMATE COMES TOGETHER
- Take photos during the walkthrough without saying a word. They wait as unsorted photos.
- Describe the job by voice or text: on site, in the truck, or later in the Assistant.
- Fielded drafts the quote for your review: areas (kitchen, bathroom, outside), line items with quantity and unit, and the photos placed where they belong.
- Say "the deck is twelve by sixteen" and it works out the square footage.
- Change anything with a tap or a sentence ("make the floor fifty square feet"). Every AI change can be undone.

YOUR PRICES, NEVER GUESSED
- Prices come only from your own price list or from what you type or say.
- Fielded never invents a price. Anything it cannot match waits under "To price".
- Price a line once and it is saved to your price list for next time.

MADE FOR QUOTING IN FRONT OF THE CLIENT
- Money is hidden while you capture, so you can talk through the job with the homeowner standing next to you. One switch shows it if you prefer.
- The Quote tab always shows subtotal, tax, deposit and total.
- Upsells go in as optional lines, kept apart from the total. Add one after the visit with a single sentence in the Assistant.

SEND IT AND GET THE YES
- Send a link and the PDF from your phone: text, WhatsApp or email.
- Your client opens the estimate on their phone and accepts it online by typing their name.
- See Sent, Opened and Accepted on every job, with a notification when the client opens it and when they accept.
- Accepted estimates are locked until you reopen them, so nothing changes after the client said yes.

- Business details with your logo, license and contact info on every estimate and report.
- Quote defaults: tax name and rate, validity, deposit and terms. Exclusions per job.
