FieldKo Atlas

FieldKo Atlas is a mobile field execution application for enterprise sales and operations teams. It enables frontline users to manage customer visits, execute structured field activities, and capture high-quality in-store data. The app supports AI-optimised photo capture and optional AI-driven analysis to improve execution accuracy and outcomes.

FieldKo Atlas is designed for organisations with distributed frontline teams conducting store audits, merchandising activities, surveys, and other in-store tasks. It is built for enterprise deployment and requires an organisation account with valid login credentials.

Core capabilities include visit management with scheduling by status, visit creation from assigned accounts, geolocation-based check-in and check-out, and visit notes and outcomes. Users can view visits in calendar and map views, including route visualisation to support efficient field coverage.

During visits, users can complete assigned tasks, track progress, record reasons for incomplete tasks, and see automatic task count updates. The app supports configurable surveys with multiple input types, photo attachments, and the ability to save and resume partially completed surveys.

FieldKo Atlas includes AI-optimised photo capture to improve data quality at the point of capture. The in-app camera provides real-time guidance to ensure photos are level, in focus, correctly aligned, and taken at the right distance. This reduces issues caused by poor lighting, blur, glare, or incorrect framing. Photos can be browsed in a gallery and attached to visits, surveys, tasks, and records, helping reduce failed audits and repeat visits.

When enabled, AI-driven photo analysis can extract structured insights from selected photos while users are still in store. This includes identifying products, promotions, availability, and shelf conditions, and converting insights into actionable tasks. This helps address execution gaps during the same visit and improves compliance.

FieldKo Atlas also supports execution validation through before-and-after photos and AI-assisted checks. This enables confirmation of task completion, measurement against execution standards, and provision of objective, photo-based evidence to stakeholders and customers.

Additional capabilities include product ranging and compliance checks, barcode scanning, pack-out requests, full offline functionality with automatic synchronisation, account browsing and visit creation, and field-based creation and editing of Salesforce records. The solution is designed to scale across large field teams with predictable data usage, using standard photos for fast sync and higher-resolution images selectively where AI analysis adds value.
