Findr — Swipe, Catch, Repeat

Findr is the sea fishing app for people who'd rather be fishing than scrolling through six different apps.

Most weather apps tell you what the sky is doing. Tide tables tell you what the water is doing. Findr does something neither of them does on their own: it tells you whether the fish are likely to be feeding — and which species, where, and when.

It does that by pulling marine data from across the globe — tide state, sea surface temperature, swell, wind direction, atmospheric pressure, daylight — and reading it through the lens of how each species actually behaves. A bass marking time in a Cornish estuary doesn't care about the same conditions as a pollock holding off a Galician headland. Findr knows the difference, and scores your day accordingly.

WHAT FINDR DOES
Reads live marine and weather data for your stretch of coast
Scores each species individually — bass, pollock, mackerel, sea trout, bream and more based on historical catch records and marine conditions
Shows you the best windows over the next several days, hour by hour
Flags the conditions that matter: spring tides, water-temperature thresholds, swell crossing the wind, dropping pressure
Suggests bait and techniques matched to the venue, season and species

BUILT FOR THE ATLANTIC, PACIFIC AND EUROPE
Each bioregion has its own species mix, its own seasonal rhythms, its own weather patterns. The forecast knows the difference between a mackerel run off Donegal and a sea bass session in the Solent.

WHO IT'S FOR
Lure and bait anglers planning a session
Boat anglers checking whether tomorrow is worth the fuel
Surf casters watching for the right tide and swell combination
Anyone tired of generic weather apps that don't speak fishing

HOW IT WORKS
Pick a venue. Findr fetches the marine forecast, runs it through species-specific scoring, and shows you a clean, glanceable read on the next few days. Each species gets its own confidence score and a short note explaining why. No ten-page reports. No charts you need a meteorology degree to interpret. Just: is it worth going out, what for, and when.

WHAT YOU WON'T FIND HERE
any ads
any data sneakiness

FINDR IS PART OF THE DAISY FAMILY
Made by the same team behind Go Daisy and Rise Daisy — three apps, one philosophy: take real environmental data, layer real species knowledge over the top, and give people something genuinely useful instead of another dashboard.

Tight lines.
