FindShot is your local screenshot library. Save orders, receipts, appointments, conversations and ideas, then choose whether to remove the originals from Photos after the local copies are checked. Later, search screenshot text, titles, tags or notes to find what you need.

SAVE SAFELY, THEN CHOOSE
• Browse new screenshots by date, import selected images or save from the system share menu.
• Avoid importing the same screenshot twice. FindShot verifies saved files. Before removing originals, FindShot checks the local copies and their sources again.
• Removal starts only when you choose it and confirm with the system. With iCloud Photos enabled, deletions sync to other devices; storage may not be freed immediately.

FIND IT AND USE IT
• Recognize text on your device and see matching passages in search results.
• Extract links, phone numbers, email addresses, dates, amounts and QR codes. Choose to copy, open or add a calendar event.
• Add categories, tags, favorites and notes to remember why you saved a screenshot.

REDACT BEFORE SHARING
• Cover, blur or pixelate private details, with undo and redo.
• Export a redacted copy without changing the original screenshot in your library.

YOUR LIBRARY, IN YOUR HANDS
• Screenshots stay in local storage and text recognition runs on your device. No FindShot account is needed, and screenshots are not uploaded to FindShot servers.
• Export and restore a complete backup with images, titles, categories, tags, favorites and notes. Backup and restore are free.

The free version holds up to 100 screenshots and includes text search, basic information extraction, organization, manual redaction, original cleanup, backup and restore. Reaching the import limit does not lock access to your existing library or exports.
