Firsthand: To-Do Cards

Firsthand turns your to-dos into a deck of cards. The card on top is the one most worth doing now. Do it, play it, and the next one comes up.

WRITE IT IN ONE LINE
Put the date, the time, a #tag, !! for important and an estimate in one sentence, and they become details on the card. Repeats like "every Monday", "weekdays" or a date in the lunar calendar work too. Firsthand understands English and Simplified Chinese.

ONLY THE TOP CARD
Cards are ranked by due time, importance and estimated time, and the rules are out in the open: every card can tell you why it is where it is. For the whole picture, switch to the importance and urgency matrix.

PLAY, DELAY, DROP
Swipe right to play a card. Swipe left to delay it, and it comes back on its own. Don't want to do it? Drop it. Overdue cards are counted, never painted red.

FOCUS
Start a timer from any card. The countdown stays in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen, and you can play the card right from the Island.

WORK WIDGET
Enter your pay and hours, and the widgets, the Dynamic Island and your watch show today's earnings and the time left until you are done. Public holidays for 245 countries and regions. The amount stays off the Lock Screen by default.

ON YOUR WRIST AND HOME SCREEN
Apple Watch shows the top card: tap to play or delay it. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, Control Center, Siri and Shortcuts, and sharing from other apps are all there.

MOVE IN, BACK UP
Bring your Reminders over in one go, or paste text one card per line. Daily backups go to the Files app, and you can export everything as JSON.
