Dopo aver ottenuto il diploma dell’alberghiero e dopo dieci anni di esperienza in cucina, lo chef ha individuato l’esigenza da parte della clientela di un pasto veloce e informale che fosse diverso dal solito panino consumato nella pausa pranzo.
Nasce qui l’idea di riproporre, con qualche variante, grandi classici della cucina di pesce in formato fast food. La continua ricerca di materie prime selezionate e di abbinamenti audaci, senza per questo perdere l’attenzione al rapporto qualità-prezzo, ha permesso al marchio Fish Ham di imporsi negli ultimi anni come leader indiscusso della cucina veloce di pesce sul panorama marchigiano.
A quattro anni dal lancio non solo ha riportato un incremento economico eccezionale, bensì sta diventando un settore ascendente nella ristorazione.
