Akinta is a coach for shore and boat anglers in Turkey: when, where, with what — and is the fish you caught legal?
MEASURE → LEGAL DECISION
Put a bank-card-sized card next to the fish and take a photo. Akinta finds the card corners and the fish ends automatically, corrects perspective, estimates length with a margin of error and gives a "legal", "borderline — check with a ruler" or "release" decision under Turkey's official recreational fishing regulation. Closed seasons and fully protected species are checked too.
SHORE SCANNER
26,000 shore points along the Turkish coast, scored for your species by drop-off depth, whether today's wind blows onshore or offshore, water temperature and waves. Find windward shores for sea bass and sheltered coves for sea bream.
I'M FISHING
While you fish, the lock screen shows time to sunset, the wind and the catch you're keeping. You get a warning 30 minutes before the first dangerous moment in the forecast (strong gusts, high waves, lightning). Mark a spot privately with one tap.
A SCORE THAT LEARNS FROM YOU
The 0–100 Bite Score is explained with "Why?". As your catches and trips add up, the score adapts to your own data; it's calculated on your phone.
CATCH LIMIT COUNTER
Works out from your logbook how much you may keep today under the regulation's weight and count rules.
