Instructors guide each student’s training by selecting the right training focus, based on the instructor’s diagnosis of the student’s swing.
The Fisio app delivers 10-15 minute training sessions of movement drills that can be done at home with just a golf club and mirror. In each session, students get correct reps of the common movements used by great ball strikers.
Over time, Fisio users ingrain a muscle memory foundation upon which their instructor helps them build their unique swing.
