APP para firma manuscrita digital de documentos legales, consentimientos informados y otros consentimientos necesarios en la relación con los usuarios de un centro, clínica, profesional, etc. Con esta app tu centro podrá enviar a sus usuarios documentos para su lectura y firma consiguiendo de ese modo un flujo de trabajo ligero y eficaz.

Las firmas de los documentos enviados a los usuarios se almacenan en su historial y son consultables en cualquier momento sin necesidad de almacenar físicamente los documentos firmados. Se consigue, por tanto reducir la cantidad de papel almacenado en los archivos de los centros y al mismo tiempo reducir el riesgo de pérdida e incumplimiento de la LOPD, consentimientos informados y otros documentos.

Desde el panel de Centro los administradores podrán generar textos legales de este tipo y asignarlos a los clientes que consideren haciéndolos requeridos o voluntarios. Los usuarios tan solo tendrán que hacer login en la app (con los datos de acceso que facilita el centro) y allí encontrarán los textos o consentimientos para firma.

APP per a la signatura manuscrita digital de documents legals, consentiments informats i altres consentiments necessaris en la relació amb els usuaris d'un centre, clínica, professional, etc. Amb aquesta app el teu centre podrà enviar als seus usuaris documents per a la seva lectura i signatura aconseguint així un flux de treball lleuger i eficaç.

Les signatures dels documents enviats als usuaris s'emmagatzemen a l'historial i són consultables en qualsevol moment sense necessitat d'emmagatzemar físicament els documents signats. S'aconsegueix, per tant, reduir la quantitat de paper emmagatzemat en els arxius dels centres i alhora reduir el risc de pèrdua i incompliment de la LOPD, consentiments informats i altres documents.

Des del panell de Centre els administradors podran generar texts legals d'aquest tipus i assignar-los als clients que considerin fent-los requerits o voluntaris. Els usuaris només hauran de fer login a l'app (amb les dades d'accés que facilita el centre) i hi trobaran els textos o consentiments per a la signatura.
