Pick the apps that waste your time. FitBlok locks them. The only way to unlock? Real exercise, tracked by AI.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Block distracting apps - Choose which apps to lock (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more)
2. Exercise to earn screen time - Do push-ups, squats, jumping jacks, sit-ups, or plank. AI counts every rep automatically using your camera
3. Spend your balance - Unlock blocked apps for the time you earned. When it runs out, apps re-lock
WHY FITBLOK WORKS
Willpower alone fails 95% of the time. FitBlok replaces the dopamine hit of scrolling with the dopamine hit of movement - 3x more effective than going cold turkey.
FEATURES
- AI Rep Counting: Camera-based tracking for push-ups, squats, jumping jacks, sit-ups, and plank. No wearable needed
- Walking Sessions: Earn screen time on brisk walks with HealthKit integration
- Global Challenges: Compete with friends on exercise goals, climb leaderboards, earn badges
- Difficulty Levels: Easy, Medium, or Hard - you control how much each rep earns
- Blocking Streaks: Track consecutive days with blocking enabled and build momentum
- Daily Reset: Fresh balance every day. Start clean, earn clean
- Cross-Device Sync: Your exercise history follows you across devices
THE SCIENCE
Apps exploit dopamine loops to keep you hooked. FitBlok breaks the loop by requiring real physical effort before you scroll. Exercise releases the same dopamine - but healthier and longer-lasting.
STOP DOOMSCROLLING. START MOVING.
Every push-up earns you time. Every squat builds the habit. Join thousands breaking free from their screens - one rep at a time.
Break the scroll. Build the habit.
