Keeping up with your workout log?
FitCat is a strength training log app that brings together workout tracking, body composition management, and condition tracking in one place. It is designed not to record your training, but to make your data easy to review later and useful for planning your next session. FitCat is built for people who already track workouts, want to consistently manage weight, reps, sets, and RPE, and want to follow physical changes through data.
Workout Tracking
Record exercises, weight, reps, sets, RPE, and notes in detail. Enter each workout while checking your previous records. The app also supports assisted sets and rest logging for each set. Training time and cardio can be managed together. You can reorder input cards, browse past logs, and search with search history. Custom exercises, muscle groups, workout types, and groups can be freely created and edited. FitCat supports one-rep max calculation, RM conversion tables, total volume checks, and weight progression tracking.
Body Composition and Daily Condition
Track body weight, body fat percentage, BMI, and other body composition data. You can also manage sleep, meals, mental condition, physical condition, and muscle soreness in one place. Sleep start time, sleep end time, and daily notes can also be recorded. OCR and AI OCR support body composition input to reduce manual entry. FitCat shows a gym readiness score based on your daily condition.
Review and Analysis
FitCat helps you do more than save records. Training data, body composition data, and lifestyle records can all be visualized together. On the history screen, you can switch between graphs and lists, change time periods, and check trends. The home screen supports date selection and a weekly calendar.
Sync and Data Management
FitCat supports Apple Health and Health Connect. You can import and export body composition and workout data. CSV import and export are also available for workout history, body composition records, lifestyle data, and exercise data. You can quickly check the last sync time and permission status.
Sharing and Community
Copy workout logs as text or create shareable images. Shared images can be customized by toggling dark mode, notes, RPE, type names, muscle group names, assistance flags, and rest display. Image editing, blur tools, clear tools, and camera capture are also supported. FitCat includes posts, likes, comments, and follows.
Consistency Support
Workout and lifestyle tracking only matter if you can keep going. FitCat supports your routine with lifestyle reminders, body weight trend notifications, body composition change alerts, lifestyle change alerts, and exercise change alerts. You can also manage notification lists, read status, mark all as read, and delete notifications.
What You Can Do with FitCat
FitCat combines strength training logs, workout records, training history, body composition tracking, lifestyle records, fitness management, exercise logs, and condition tracking in one app. It is a good fit for people who want to keep recording weight, reps, sets, and RPE, review their training history while adjusting future sessions, check RM and total volume, track changes in body weight and body fat, and review sleep, meals, mental state, and physical condition together.
It supports goals including strength gains, body recomposition, weight management, and general health tracking. However, FitCat is not mainly an app for complete beginners. It is best suited for people who already train and want to record, review, and analyze their own data. It is ideal for anyone looking for a strength training log, workout tracker, fitness tracker, or exercise record app.
