Fitomics

Fitomics is a training app for anyone who lifts. Train on your own with a program from the library or one you build yourself, or work with a Fitomics coach who programs for you. Either way, every session is clear, every set is fast to log, and every gain is easy to see. It is part of Fitomics, a training and health performance platform.

TRAIN YOUR WAY
• On your own: sign up, add a program from the library or build your own week by week, and start logging today.
• With a coach: your Fitomics coach writes your plan, and you message them and get feedback in the same app.

KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO LIFT
Open the app and today’s session is ready: exercises, sets, reps, target effort (RPE or RIR), tempo, rest and loads, with notes where they matter. Demo videos are one tap away.

SMARTER WITH EVERY SET
Log a set in a tap. Suggested loads come from your own recent history, and they follow you through the session: change the reps or the effort and the app shows the weight that matches, for example "For 8 reps @ 2 RIR: ~170 lb · Use". A load your program prescribes is never replaced without your tap.

KNOW WHY, NOT JUST WHAT
Tap any suggestion to see its working: the sets it was based on, the target, the rounding to the nearest plate, and how confident the estimate is.

HEART RATE, LIVE
Pair a Bluetooth heart-rate strap and your heart rate sits beside your sets. Average and max heart rate are saved with the workout.

EVERY PR, CELEBRATED
Finish a session, or end early when the day calls for it, and get a clear summary: sets, volume, duration, heart rate, every new PR, and a comparison with your last session, lift by lift.

WATCH YOUR STRENGTH CLIMB
Estimated 1RM charts, rep maxes, volume trends and a full history of every session you have logged.

CHECK IN BEFORE YOU TRAIN
A quick daily readiness check-in (sleep, stress, soreness, energy and mood) and body-weight log, so you can see how training is landing (and so can your coach, if you have one).

MORE THAN TRAINING
Depending on your Fitomics services, you can also:
• Message your coach and get feedback on your sessions
• View your released lab results from Fitomics Labs, with reference ranges and the full PDF report
• Follow your nutrition targets and meal plan, with a grocery list
• See your assessment results over time, such as body composition, resting metabolic rate and VO2max

BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR
• Voice search in the exercise picker: say the exercise and pick it
• Swap exercises, add sets, supersets and circuits
• Rest timer, warm-ups, per-side logging, and timed or distance work
• Keeps logging through a dropped signal and syncs when you’re back online
• Share a workout with a friend, with an optional personal note; your weights stay private unless you choose to include them
• Train with groups and compare on the leaderboard
