Description

Mit der FitStep KKH Online-MotivationsCoach App können Versicherte der KKH an einem 8 wöchigen automatischen Schritte-Tracking mit begleitendem Motivationscoaching teilnehmen.

Wie funktioniert die App?
Mit dem Handy werden über sichere Schnittstellen die Schritte automatisch gezählt und auf der Startseite angezeigt. Jeder Teilnehmende erhält ein individuelles tägliches sowie wöchentliches Schrittziel, das über einen Zeitraum von 8 Wochen erreicht werden sollte. Im Ranking kann der individuelle Fortschritt verfolgt werden. Begleitend erhalten die Teilnehmenden jede Woche neue Coaching-Inhalte – bestehend aus psychologischen und sportwissenschaftlichen Inhalten, Workouts, Entspannungsaudios sowie Tipps und Challenges zur Integration von mehr Bewegung im eigenen Alltag. Zum Abschluss des Coachings erhalten die User ein Zertifikat über die Teilnahme.

Ziel der App?
Das Bewegungsverhalten der KKH-Versicherten soll gefördert und gestärkt werden. Ziel sind zum einen eine erhöhte Alltagsaktivität sowie zum anderen Wissenszuwachs in der Gesundheitskompetenz zum Themenbereich Bewegung.
