HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick the apps you want to block (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube — you choose)
2. Try to open a blocked app
3. FitToll intercepts and shows an exercise challenge
4. Complete camera-verified push-ups or squats
5. App unlocks for a set time period

REAL EXERCISE VERIFICATION
No fake taps or button mashing. FitToll uses your phone's camera and on-device AI pose estimation to verify every single rep. It tracks your body position, checks your form, and counts reps in real time. If you're not actually doing the exercise, it doesn't count.
