PERSONALIZED RECOMMENDATIONS
The AI Assistant uses your DEXA measurements to provide personalized guidance. You can also connect with a Human Assistant, such as a fitness or wellness professional, for individualized guidance.
DEXA SCAN ACQUISITION
Participating DEXA facilities deliver scans directly to your FitTrace account. Your DEXA scan data and images are securely transferred within minutes of your scan. Your prior scans may also be transferred. Ask your scanning facility whether it supports FitTrace.
You can also enter measurements from printed DEXA body composition reports through an in-app purchase. Step-by-step instructions are provided in the app.
CONNECT WITH APPLE HEALTH
FitTrace Sync can also transfer DEXA measurements to Apple Health, including weight, body fat percentage, lean mass, and BMI. NOTE: FitTrace uses DEXA total mass as weight and for BMI calculations. Apple Health's lean body mass measurement corresponds to fat-free mass in FitTrace.
Connect your DEXA measurements with Apple Health data to explore relationships between your habits and changes in body fat, lean mass, visceral fat, and other measurements. Observe how activity and nutrition correlate with your body composition.
