FitZen is an AI calorie counter and food tracker that works from a photo: snap your meal and get calories and macros in seconds.
RoboFit, your AI nutrition coach, knows your food log, your goals and your diet, so its advice fits your day.
Not sure what to eat next? FitZen suggests your next meal to fit the calories and protein you have left.
CALORIE AND MACRO TRACKER
• Calories from a photo → AI estimates calories, protein, carbs and fat. Adjust portions before saving.
• Quick text logging, food search and quick add
• Today screen: calorie ring, macros, water, exercise and steps synced with Apple Health
• Daily Zen Score, week strip and streaks
ROBOFIT, YOUR AI NUTRITION COACH
Open the 3D robot from any screen. It sees today's log, your goals and diet type, and (only with your consent) your health profile.
• Send it a photo of a meal, your fridge, a restaurant menu or a nutrition label
• Log meals, water or exercise just by chatting
• It remembers your past conversations until you delete them
WHAT TO EAT NEXT
Personalized meal ideas for your next meal, sized to your remaining calories and protein. An optional health profile adds filters for diabetes-friendly meal ideas, blood pressure, pregnancy, allergies, IBS, PCOS and more.
INTERMITTENT FASTING
A fasting timer for 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 and OMAD, with streaks and history.
DIET PLANS AND RECIPES
• 10 diet programs: Mediterranean, keto, low-carb, DASH, paleo, Atkins, Dukan, flexitarian, Nordic and points-based
• A personal 7-day plan built by AI, with meal check-off
• Healthy recipes with a step-by-step cooking mode, plus an AI vegan or vegetarian version of any recipe
• Smart Kitchen: snap your fridge, get the ingredients, then recipes sized to what's left of your day
• Shopping list
PROGRESS
• Weekly Zen report written by AI
• Analytics, weight and body measurements
• Achievements and community
FitZen gives general nutrition information and estimates, not medical advice. If you have a health condition, talk to your doctor before changing your diet.
