This app will enable you to use the Fixalert solution, which contains a web-based complaint reporting module, QR code, and custom-tailored survey. To make use of the application, you need to configure your organization first, and to do so, please get in touch with Fixalert support.

How Fixalert works:
1- Contact the Fixalert team to get started.
2- We'll provide you with QR codes to install at designated locations in your facility.
3- Anyone who encounters a problem can scan the QR code to report it.
4- You'll receive notifications and be able to view reported issues on the app.
5- Use the app to track progress and resolve the issue.
6- If the reporter provides their phone number, they'll receive a notification via SMS when the issue is fixed.
