Fixture Finder

FixtureFinder makes arranging junior sports fixtures simple. No more phone calls, WhatsApp groups, or spreadsheets — propose, negotiate, and confirm matches with clubs in your area, all in one app.

How it works:

1. Your club admin registers and sets up age groups
2. Coaches are invited via a secure link
3. Propose a match — choose your team, date, time, and venue
4. Up to 3 clubs can negotiate the same fixture simultaneously
5. Agree on the details, both sides confirm, and share to WhatsApp

Key features:

- Propose and browse fixtures from clubs in your region
- Negotiate date, time, location, and home/away independently
- Real-time chat during negotiations
- Dual confirmation — both clubs must sign off
- Share confirmed matches to WhatsApp with a branded image card
- Tour management — organise multi-fixture trips across regions
- Push notifications for every stage of the process
- In-app messaging per age group
- Club logos and coach profile pictures
- Works for Rugby across England, Wales, Scotland, and Ireland

For coaches: See your assigned age groups, manage fixtures on the go, and stay in touch with your club.
