On day 13 you get your own 14-day summary: what you remembered next to what you actually logged, and your questions side by side. Add your own takeaways, then decide what to do next.

YOUR LOGS STAY ON YOUR PHONE
Your logs are stored on your iPhone. Nothing goes to AI unless you ask for it: a meal photo, or what you logged for a recap. Those go to OpenAI through Flarely's server. OpenAI doesn't use them to train its models, and our server doesn't keep them.
