FlashFocus: Language Learning

Learn vocabulary that sticks. FlashFocus brings each card back right before you would forget it, so a few minutes a day turns into words you actually remember.

REVIEW AT THE RIGHT MOMENT
Spaced repetition schedules every card for you. Open the app and it tells you how many cards are due, then shows you exactly those. Cards you know come back less often, and cards you miss come back sooner.

BUILD A DAILY HABIT
Get 10 correct answers a day to keep your streak alive. A seven-day strip shows your week at a glance. Every seven days in a row earns a streak freeze that saves your streak on a day you miss, and you can bank up to two. Earn XP for every correct answer and level up as you go.

SPEED ROUND
Sixty seconds, four choices, and a clock that does not wait. Fast, correct answers score more and streaks multiply your points, while wrong answers cost you points and time. Chase your personal best on your own leaderboard.

FIVE WAYS TO PRACTICE
The Quiz tab has Multiple Choice, Matching Game, Audio Exercise where you hear a word and pick its meaning, Typing Challenge where you type the answer from memory, and Speed Round. Typing is forgiving about accents, capitals and punctuation, so you are graded on the word, not your keyboard.

STUDY YOUR WAY
Flip cards at your own pace, show the target language or English first, and reveal pronunciation when you want it. Every card plays clear audio so you hear it said correctly.

BUILD OR DOWNLOAD DECKS
Download curated vocabulary sets from the FlashFocus library, or create your own cards with a word, pronunciation and translation, organized by level and category. Search your whole collection and filter by level, category or favorites.

HOME SCREEN WIDGETS
Keep your streak, daily goal and due cards in view with small and medium widgets.

STUDY OFFLINE
Once your cards are downloaded, study anywhere without a connection. Your progress syncs when you are back online.

NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED
Start studying as a guest with full access. Create a free account whenever you like to sync your streak and progress across devices, and everything you have done so far comes with you.
