Flexa Business

Flexa Business is the desk your clinic runs on.

Open it in the morning and the day is already there: who is coming, who is free, what was taken yesterday. Add a walk-in in two taps. Move an appointment by dragging it. Check someone in, take the payment, and get on with the next one.

Built for beauty and physiotherapy clinics in Lebanon, in Arabic, English and French.

YOUR DAY
- Today at a glance: bookings, expected takings, and the gaps still worth filling
- A calendar per practitioner, by day or by week
- Drag an appointment to move it; the times that do not work are already greyed out
- Walk-ins and phone bookings in a few taps, with the price worked out for you

YOUR TEAM
- A schedule for each person, with working hours and time off
- Say who performs what, so nobody is booked for work they do not do
- Invite staff by phone number - no passwords to hand around

YOUR CLIENTS
- Every client's history, packages and notes in one place
- Add someone straight from your phone's contacts
- Clinical notes and rehab programs, kept apart from the front desk
- Your paper client form in the app, set up by Flexa - your team fills it in, and each client's file downloads as your own paper

YOUR MONEY
- Check out at the counter, adjust a price when the visit was not the usual one
- Packages and offers, sold and redeemed without arithmetic
- Insights that answer what the month actually did

YOUR PAGE
- A booking page of your own that clients can open from WhatsApp
- Your colours, your logo, your photos
- WhatsApp reminders for your clients, the day before and again on the day, at the times you choose

No card is stored in the app. Clients pay you at the clinic, the way they already do.

Flexa Business is for clinic staff. Clients use the Flexa app to find you and book.
