How it works
Each suit is mapped to one of four body targets — upper, lower, core, and total body. Each card's value is your rep count. You flip a card, do the work, and move on. One deck = one workout. The randomness is the point — you don't get to negotiate with the shuffle.
Make it yours
Bodyweight is always on the menu, but you can customize the workout to include pull-ups (if you have a pull-up bar) and weighted exercises.
Why you'll like it
• Quick to start — open, shuffle, go
• Different every workout, never boring
• Works anywhere — bedroom, hotel room, garage gym, park
• No equipment required (unless you want it)
• No accounts, no logins, no subscriptions, no ads, no tracking
• Works fully offline
• Built for iPhone, designed for one hand
Who it's for
Anyone who wants a workout to just happen without picking a program, watching a video, or scrolling a feed. People who travel. People with kids. People who like games. People who train at home.
Shuffle the deck. Flip a card. Get fit.
