Flourish contains information and resources for people who are currently in or have left abusive relationships and are in need of support. The app includes critical information about domestic violence, including the types of violence, the cycle of violence, and ways that violence may be used against different people, such as those with disabilities, new immigrants, or members of the LGBTQ* community. Users can read about safety planning, use the safety plan checklist to build their own plan, and learn more about different types of self care.

Flourish also contains an extended glossary of common legal terms, explained in easy-to-understand language. The Resource section provides an extensive list of community supports for everything from services for children to shelter options. Flourish is focused on resources for survivors of domestic violence in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and area, but includes useful information for all survivors. Flourish can be accessed in English and French using the language settings on your phone or tablet.
