Flow Agenda

Flow Agenda is time tracking, scheduling, and client billing built for crews who bill by the hour — landscaping, cleaning, home services, and any small team where getting the rate right actually matters.

CLOCK IN AND GET PAID RIGHT
Employees clock in per client with one tap, or log time manually after the fact. Every hour is tracked against the right client, at the right rate — hourly, percent-of-client-rate, or commission on completed services.

SEE WHERE THE HOURS GO
A color-coded ring breaks down each employee's hours by client for any pay period, so nothing gets lost in a spreadsheet.

RUN PAYROLL WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK
Set custom pay periods per employee, track hourly pay and service commissions side by side, and see exactly what's owed — broken down by client, service, and day.

KEEP CLIENT INFO WHERE THE WORK HAPPENS
Store gate codes, site notes, contacts, and anything else your team needs on-site, directly on each client's page. Assign and track tasks per client, and leave notes the whole team can see.

STAY ON SCHEDULE
A shared calendar shows every team member's active tasks by due date, so nothing falls through the cracks.

BUILT FOR SMALL TEAMS
Free plan for small teams, always. Pro plans scale with your headcount. No long-term contracts, no per-feature paywalls.
