Description

Een belangrijk en tijdrovend onderdeel van het taxatieproces is de opname & inspectie van het te taxeren object. Door gebruikt te maken van de fluX opname App kunt dit proces efficiënter uitvoeren. De door u vastgelegde data is direct beschikbaar voor het verder uitwerken van de taxatie in de vertrouwde fluX VMS omgeving.

Interactieve kaart
De fluX Opname App haalt direct uw locatie op. Selecteer het juiste perceel en het perceel inclusief de BAG data wordt direct ingeladen in de taxatie.

Taxatie & foto’s
Met de fluX opname App kunt u direct foto’s toevoegen aan uw taxatie. Het is dus niet meer nodig om de foto’s apart te uploaden. Ook kiest u vanuit de App de hoofdfoto voor op het voorblad van uw taxatierapport.

Beoordeling
Tijdens uw bezoek aan de locatie van het te taxeren object kunt u via de App een groot aantal eigenschappen vastleggen. U bespaart hiermee niet alleen veel tijd maar deze data is direct beschikbaar in uw taxatie.
