Focus & Prayer - SELAH

SELAH – Focus and Prayer is a simple app designed to help you build a rhythm of focused work, quiet reflection, prayer and rest.

The app works as a timer for focus sessions. Choose your session length, start the timer and use that time for work, study, reading, prayer or another meaningful task. After each session, SELAH helps you move into a short break so you can pause, breathe and prepare for the next cycle.

SELAH is based on working in time intervals:
– set your focus time,
– work without distractions,
– take a short break,
– after several sessions, move into a longer rest.

During a short break, you can read a Scripture verse suggested by the app, reflect on it and pray with it. This turns your break into more than just a pause — it becomes a short moment of reflection and prayer.

The app may be helpful if you want to:
– manage your time better,
– work in a calmer rhythm,
– reduce distractions,
– build consistency,
– combine focus with prayer,
– track your progress and session statistics.

Main features:
– focus session timer,
– adjustable session length,
– short breaks between sessions,
– longer rest after several cycles,
– completed session statistics,
– progress reports,
– achievements,
– inspiring Scripture verses,
– a dark, calm interface designed to support concentration.

SELAH does not require creating an account or providing an email address. You can simply open the app, choose your time and start a session.

The app was designed for people who want to work more calmly, study more regularly, pray more attentively and separate focused time from rest time.

SELAH helps you create a simple daily rhythm: focus, break, reflection, prayer and rest.
