FocusBook

Open to focus. Close to pause.

FocusBook is a calm focus timer that turns your phone into the start button. No tapping through menus or hunting for the right screen: just pick a task, open your phone, and get to work.

Made for iPhone Duo

Plan on the outside, focus on the inside. Line up today’s tasks on the cover screen, then prop iPhone Duo open and your timer starts on its own. Fold it to 90° and FocusBook sits on your desk like a tiny clock: the time on top, your controls below. Need a minute? Fold it shut and the clock waits. Open it again and you’re right back where you left off.

Just as good on regular iPhone

On any iPhone, turning it sideways starts the timer and turning it upright pauses it. The same simple ritual, the same quiet focus.

Plan your day in one list
• Add what matters today and pick the one task that gets your focus
• Give every task a time that fits, from a 5-minute sprint to a 90-minute deep dive, or nudge it up a minute at a time
• Tick tasks off as you go, swipe to delete, or reset one to start over

Stay in the flow
• A big, clear countdown with an optional minute dial that shows how far along you are
• Add 5 minutes when you’re on a roll, or pause by hand
• A soft chime lets you know when a session or break ends

Breaks that keep you going
• When time’s up, take a 5-minute break or jump straight into the next task
• Your list for today sits right beside you, so you always know what’s next

See what you got done
Finish your last task and FocusBook shows your day at a glance: total focus time, tasks finished and how many times you paused.

Calm by design
• Three dark themes: Ink, Forest and Dusk
• Keep the screen awake while the timer runs
• Turn off sounds or hide the dial whenever you like
• No account and no sign-up: your tasks stay on your device

One task at a time. Open your phone and begin.
